By scheduling or authorizing service with the Company, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service. The Company provides diagnostic, maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement services for residential appliances. Certain repairs may require one or more return visits depending on parts availability or additional diagnostic findings.
The diagnostic service is intended to identify the most probable cause of the reported issue based on the condition of the appliance at the time of inspection.
Because modern appliances contain multiple interconnected components, additional failures or hidden defects may become apparent only after an initial repair has been completed or after the appliance is returned to normal operation.
The Company does not guarantee that every unrelated or hidden defect can be identified during the initial diagnostic visit.
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit.
The diagnostic fee is waived if the Customer proceeds with the recommended repair during the same service request.
If the Customer declines the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
Special-order parts, electronic control boards, and non-stock items may require a deposit before ordering.
Deposits used to purchase special-order parts may be non-refundable once the parts have been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the authorized work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger repairs, a deposit may be required to cover the cost of parts.
Payment for completed services is separate from any future warranty evaluation.

If the Customer believes that the completed repair did not resolve the reported issue or that a warranty issue exists, the Company must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the appliance before determining whether warranty service, additional repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
The Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the appliance for such inspection.
If the Customer declines or refuses access for warranty inspection, the Company may be unable to determine whether the reported condition is related to the original repair or to another unrelated issue.
Refund requests are evaluated individually.
Refunds are not automatically issued solely because the Customer reports continued symptoms or dissatisfaction with the repair.
If a refund is approved, the Company reserves the right to:
No refund determination can be made until the Company has been given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the appliance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund requests submitted more than 72 hours after invoice payment may not be eligible for full reimbursement.
Upon completion of the service visit, the Customer acknowledges that:

The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by inaccessible appliances or unsafe working conditions.
For safety reasons, technicians are not required to move heavy appliances unless reasonably necessary to perform the authorized repair.
The Company is responsible only for the repair services specifically authorized by the Customer.

Unless otherwise requested by the Customer before completion of the repair, removed defective parts become the property of the Company.
If a refund is approved, the Company may require the return or removal of any replacement parts supplied and installed by the Company as part of the refund process.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The Company respects the Customer's privacy and does not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to perform the requested services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Company's legal rights.
